Rags and Leathers is a self-motivated goal-oriented program for all to take part in.
The Leathers Program is for those who are between the ages of 8 and 11. The Ragger Program is for those 12 and older. Both programs are designed to help participants set goals to strive for over the course of the next year. As a new level is reached each year, the commitment becomes more involved since the goals are becoming more life changing.
This is a great program to help with personal growth. It is an opportunity to set inward goals in one's life.
Counselor in Training Program (15 and 16 year olds)
This leadership program is designed for the camper to prepare for their role as a future camp counselor. Working closely with the CIT Director, they will learn all aspects of camp while shadowing various counselors and learning what it takes to become a wonderful and memorable camp counselor.

Problem solving, effective communication skills, interviewing skills, leadership and teamwork are just some of the skills to be learned. Upon successful completion, CITs will be eligible to apply for Volunteer Staff Assistant for the following summer.
While the program is designed for future counselors, it will benefit any teen who wants to become a better leader in their school and their community.
